The Territories is 2,500 + acres of densely timbered land bordering both sides of the Saluda River. Rich in deer, winged game and other wildlife, it is home to century old trees and other vegetation meriting longterm study by naturalists from Clemson University. Access to the river for fishing and boating is excellent. The result is not only a sporting paradise, but the "living legacy" property that will stay in the family forever. Fewer than seventy owners will be invited to live here.

By creating a vibrant outdoor experience that addresses dimensions from the pampered to the primitive, we intend to provide owners a way to own five to ten acres and ability to enjoy more than two thousand acres. 

Existing amenities at the Territories include: the Welcome Center, interpretive hands on Nature Center, (3) luxury Cabins, Outfitters Lodge, a 6 station Sporting Clays Course with both intermediate and expert stands at each station, Primative Campground, 26 miles of trails, Enclosed storage for ATV's, (3) paved river access ramps, boat dock and fishing platform.

Planned amenities include: a private bridge over the Saluda River for easy transport between the Preserve and Residential parcels.

Log Cabins - There are three log cabins in place now near the entrance of The Territories property that members may enjoy while visiting the Saluda River Preserve tract. These fully furnished cabins are complete with high-end finishes, decks overlooking hundreds of acres of forest, and jacuzzis for relaxing under the stars.
